Meet Lulu, the Ghostess with the Mostess

It’s time once again for a new character reveal! If you haven’t had a chance, check out the #multiverse-characters and #character-forum channels on our public Discord. This is where you (the living) can ask us (the not quite dead) questions about the characters directly, or just talk about the ones you like.

With all her style and panache, we present Lulu!

When we started, all we knew about Lulu was that she was a spirit with the title “the Ghostess with the Mostess,” which frankly said a lot. Lori ran with it and included influences from Rockabilly and the Mistress the Night herself, Elvira, to create the very fun character you see today. Lulu is fun to write for, with her sass and personal flair.

Once again, as with the King in Yellow, found footage filmmakers play a part in this flash fiction. Lulu’s haunted Dead End Drive-In Theater is exactly the kind of place which spawns the kind of rumors that inspire found footage filmmakers, though they’ll soon discover the whispers of ghosts, spooks, and specters are real. Fortunately, uninvited guests are only shown the door, though they might be running through it scared and panicking.

As a collectible, Lulu is a Rare character, which means she’ll be available in limited quantities in our initial supply - though you can get her as part of your Inception NFT package!
