Meet Okoro, the Tree Dweller
Okoro believes it’s not unreasonable to have a world in which no one has to suffer from poverty and neglect.
That flier for an organized protest must be the notice that a new character is coming to the RedCat Multiverse! If you haven’t had a chance, check out the #multiverse-characters and #character-forum channels on our public Discord. This is where you (the hopefully well) can ask us (the recovering from Covid) questions about the characters directly, or just talk about the ones you like.
Get ready to start running with Okoro, the Tree Dweller!
Okoro fights against institutional inequity, a theme which resonates in many parts of the world. When elites control the majority of a country’s wealth, it leaves the rest of the population with little. The thing elites often fail to realize is that it is this population upon which their wealth is dependent, and that is an important part of Okoro’s message to his people. He believes it’s not unreasonable to have a world in which no one has to suffer from poverty and neglect.
I’m interested to explore his arboreal world more, with cities wrapping around and interconnecting giant trees and other assorted forms of nature. I can picture the monkey-people with their agility running, swinging, and flipping through branches, up ropes, and across buildings. When I see freerunning in real life, it is impressive, but imagine what someone more designed for it can do!
As a collectible, Okoro is an Uncommon character, which means there he won’t be too difficult to acquire - and you can get him as part of your RCM Inception Package!Â
Until next time, keep yourselves healthy!
